Full Time Hiring:

In this model you can hire out designer(s) from us at fixed monthly costs.

Each assigned individual works for you for 22 Days in a month and delivers a minimum of 176 hours of production.

The work is carried on between 9:30 AM - 6 PM -India Standard Time (Mon - Fri) at our development centre in India.

The invoice is sent to you at 30 days interval. Payment needs to be made in advance for the current month (by first week).

If the number of work days is more than 22 for any given month then the billing remains the same i.e. if you get 23 work days between 1 -31 of any month then you enjoy the remaining1 day totally free of all costs. However programmers have delivered 176 hours in a month, no deductions are made.

Part Time Hiring:

Every programmer allocated to your projects works for 22 days in a month and delivers a minimum of 88 hours of production.
